RTS 06 Stratigraphic Panel — Sheet 42
Sheet 42 is tranche 3 of the 5-sheet RTS 06 profile, bounded by Sheets 41 and 43; continuity at both joins is part of the evidence. The thesis places Seam A1 at about 87–96 m and Seam B2 at about 161–165 m in RTS 06.

Geological interpretation and evidential boundary
Sheet 42 is tranche 3 of the 5-sheet RTS 06 profile, bounded by Sheets 41 and 43; continuity at both joins is part of the evidence. The thesis places Seam A1 at about 87–96 m and Seam B2 at about 161–165 m in RTS 06. Those anchors also explain why the blank trailing PDF sheet is excluded rather than interpreted as a missing geological interval. The serrated fine-clastic intervals are useful separators between seams, but their log texture is non-unique and must be reconciled with core recovery and the adjoining sheet before correlation. Taken with its neighbouring tranches, RTS 06 Sheet 42 is auditable correlation control—not independent evidence for depositional environment, coal quality or lateral persistence.
