The organising committee checks participant readiness and coordinates the room before the technical programme begins. As Organising Committee Chair, I coordinated the committee, participant flow and communication with the host team.
Committee members are documented in the event uniform after completing preparation for the Pertamina Hulu Rokan programme. The record supports my leadership role in organising the visit and keeping the team aligned.
